Role: Talkdesk Resource
Position Type: Full-Time Contract (40hrs/week)
Contract Duration: Long Term
Time Zone: PST
Work Schedule: 8 hours/day (Mon-Fri)
Location: 100% Remote (Candidates can work from anywhere)

Talkdesk SME with basic voice, voicebot, queue, to perform simple set up for a migration to Talkdesk.
Client has 70 agents.
