- Support the Infrastructure team and partner areas in projects and migrations.
- Monitor the ticket queue to address incidents and ensure requests are handled within SLA.
- Assist in planning and executing GMUDs (Change Management).
- Engage in self-development and improvement of the infrastructure environment.
Job description
Buscamos um Especialista Infraestrutura com a missão de apoiar o time de Infraestrutura e áreas parceiras nos projetos, migrações, análises de causa raiz e atividades do dia a dia. Monitorar ativamente a fila de chamados para tratar incidentes, garantir que as requisições sejam atendidas dentro do SLA, ajudar a planejar e executar GMUDs e buscar ativamente o seu autodesenvolvimento e a melhoria do ambiente.
O que seria bacana você ter e conhecer:
- Formação superior: Bacharel/Tecnólogo – TI, Redes, Ciência da Computação ou áreas correlatas;
- Conhecimento avançado em Cloud Azure;
- Experiência com CI/CD;
- Containers Kubernetes;
- Azure AKS;
- Automação de infraestrutura como código;
- Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, FTP;
- Virtualização (VMWare);
- Servidores Web (IIS e Apache);
- Backup/Restore – Veeam preferencialmente;
- Ferramentas de monitoramento e APM (Ex: Zabbix / Grafana / Dynatrace).
AWS será um diferencial; Cluster será um diferencial.
