Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following: (Other duties may be assigned.)

Handle inquiries concerning billing issues, care issues, technical issues, and general questions providing prompt knowledgeable responses
Process adds/moves/changes requests
Maintain ownership through completion of all customer requests
Handle all types of customer interaction types including e-mail, telephone calls, and fax requests
Provides superior above-average level of customer service to all customers (internal and external)
Partner with Account Advisors to ensure customer satisfaction and revenue goals
Keep customer information updated on assigned accounts and stay abreast of customer needs/changes
Upholds Fusion Communications’ company virtues
