This role reports directly to the CEO and will be instrumental in shaping the company’s operating model and strategic delivery as it expands internationally.

Your Role & Responsibilities

Lead Strategic Execution
Own and drive critical cross-functional initiatives — from business model pilots to operational scaling — ensuring delivery across diverse teams and geographies.
Build the Internal Operating System
Design scalable systems for planning, performance, and collaboration — enabling clarity and coordination in a fast-moving, distributed team.
Act as a Strategic Partner to the CEO
Support prioritization, communication, and alignment across the leadership team. Enable focus by shaping processes that keep teams coordinated and accountable.
Accelerate Cross-Functional Delivery
Break down silos, streamline decision-making, and ensure forward momentum across product, commercial, data, and operational functions.
Support Team Scaling
Contribute to org design, hiring planning, onboarding, and internal tooling — laying the foundation for sustainable, international growth.
