About The Venture

A fast-growing, venture-backed technology company is hiring a VP Operations & Strategy to help scale its internal operations and lead cross-functional execution across global teams. This role reports directly to the CEO and will be instrumental in shaping the company’s operating model and strategic delivery as it expands internationally.

We’re looking for someone who brings sharp strategic thinking, operational excellence, and the ability to move seamlessly between detail and big picture. You’ve seen what “great” looks like in a high-performance environment and understand how to build for scale.

Your Role & Responsibilities

  • Lead Strategic Execution
    Own and drive critical cross-functional initiatives — from business model pilots to operational scaling — ensuring delivery across diverse teams and geographies.

  • Build the Internal Operating System
    Design scalable systems for planning, performance, and collaboration — enabling clarity and coordination in a fast-moving, distributed team.

  • Act as a Strategic Partner to the CEO
    Support prioritization, communication, and alignment across the leadership team. Enable focus by shaping processes that keep teams coordinated and accountable.

  • Accelerate Cross-Functional Delivery
    Break down silos, streamline decision-making, and ensure forward momentum across product, commercial, data, and operational functions.

  • Support Team Scaling
    Contribute to org design, hiring planning, onboarding, and internal tooling — laying the foundation for sustainable, international growth.

  • Have worked in a high-performance environment (e.g., top-tier consulting, VC-backed startups, operational leadership, or similarly fast-paced, high-standard settings).

  • Are a structured, analytical thinker who brings clarity to complexity.

  • Have a strong sense of ownership and a bias toward execution — you don’t just plan, you deliver.

  • Communicate with clarity and confidence across disciplines and cultures.
