As we continue expanding in key markets including North America, the UK, and Southern Europe, we’re looking for a Performance Marketing Manager to own and accelerate our digital acquisition strategy. This role will be central to how we drive pipeline, scale our presence, and turn paid and organic efforts into measurable, repeatable growth.
Provet Cloud is looking for a Performance Marketing Manager to take full ownership of our digital acquisition engine — across paid search, paid social, SEO, and conversion performance. This role will manage both strategy and execution in multiple markets, ensuring that our marketing investments are consistently driving pipeline growth, with clear accountability and forward momentum.
You’ll work closely with our regional growth marketers, content and product marketing, and our website agency partner to turn marketing investments into measurable, high-quality demand. This is a critical role. We’re not looking for someone to keep campaigns running — we’re looking for someone to optimize, question, and improve how we show up across digital channels. 🚀
Run & optimize Ad campaigns across Google, LinkedIn, Meta, and Microsoft, while also evaluating other channels around additional opportunities for growth
Own budget pacing, creative rotation, testing plans, and reporting
Build funnel visibility - from click to MQL to closed-won
Build and execute SEO strategy (on-page and off-page) to increase qualified organic traffic
Use tools like Ahrefs, SEMrush, and Screaming Frog to drive rankings and improve content performance
Partner with content and growth teams on landing page strategy and conversion flow
Manage and implement tracking across all digital channels (GTM, Meta Pixel, HubSpot, Google Analytics)
Build dashboards and reporting via Looker Studio, HubSpot, or GA to monitor CPL, CAC, and conversion rates
Identify gaps in funnel performance and surface improvement areas
Oversee our external website partner on day-to-day execution and roadmap delivery
Ensure the HubSpot CMS site is optimized for performance, SEO, and campaign execution
Drive landing page performance with a CRO mindset
Ideally, you have already gained some experience from working in a fast growing, global SaaS company. In addition, our humble wishlist includes:
You’re improving conversion rates and CPL/CAC across our top channels and campaigns — not just reporting them
You proactively recommend campaign strategies that support regional goals and marketing calendar
You’re seen as a trusted partner by the Growth team, not just a channel owner
You surface meaningful insights from data and act on them
The pipeline tied to paid + organic marketing is growing quarter over quarter
6+ years in digital or performance marketing roles at a B2B SaaS or growth-stage company
Hands-on experience running campaigns across Google, LinkedIn, Meta
Strong understanding of SEO principles and tools (Ahrefs, SEMrush, Screaming Frog, etc.)
Experience with HubSpot CMS or similar platforms for web execution
Confident with analytics platforms (GA4, GTM, Looker Studio, etc.) and marketing attribution logic
