DAILY TASKS:
Develop, edit, and optimize multimedia contentincluding product images, videos, animations, infographics, and bannersto effectively tell the brands story.
Produce high-quality, on-brand, scalable graphics and ensure consistent, timely delivery.
Write clear, engaging, and SEO-friendly copy for product descriptions, promotional materials, emails, and digital content.
Manage digital asset libraries with proper tagging, organization, and version control.
Upload and maintain content across eCommerce platforms (Amazon, Shopify, Walmart, Etsy) and marketing channels.
Create compelling product visuals with overlays, text, and graphics to boost engagement and conversions.
Use AI tools for content creation and enhancement, including image generation, video editing support, and copywriting assistance.
Edit and refine designs and copy into finished products, seeking regular feedback to improve style and execution.
Collaborate with creative, marketing, merchandising teams, and stakeholders to align content with brand and campaign goals.
Support campaign execution and contribute ideas in creative team meetings.
Optimize multimedia assets and written content for SEO, accessibility, and platform requirements.
Monitor content performance and use data to improve effectiveness and user experience.
Assist with ad-hoc projects and maintain flexibility to support team needs.
Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to continuously enhance content quality.
SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS:
Experience in multimedia content creation, digital asset management, or a related role
Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Premiere Pro, Illustrator), Canva, or similar creative tools
Experience with video editing tools (Adobe Premiere, Final Cut Pro, or similar) is a plus
Familiarity with AI-powered content creation tools (ChatGPT, DALL·E, Midjourney, Jasper, etc.)
Understanding of SEO best practices for multimedia content
Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS for content formatting
Knowledge of eCommerce and marketplace platforms including Amazon Seller Central, Shopify, Walmart, Etsy
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Excellent collaboration and communication abilities
Experience creating A+ Content, Enhanced Brand Content, or marketplace storefront visuals
Familiarity with motion graphics or animation tools (After Effects, Canva Pro)
