Summary
Gainwell Technologies is seeking a CLTS Waiver Quality Assurance Representative to join our team supporting the Children’s Long-Term Support (CLTS) Waiver Program. In this role, you will be responsible for conducting comprehensive verification reviews of incoming provider enrollment applications submitted through the CLTS Waiver Provider Registry. Your attention to detail and collaborative approach will support both internal operations and partnerships with the Wisconsin Department of Health Services (DHS) and other stakeholders.
Your role in our mission

Conduct full verification reviews of provider applications submitted to the CLTS Waiver Provider Registry.

Validate provider credentials and enrollment data using third-party tools and external resources.

Contact providers directly to resolve incomplete or inaccurate application information.

Approve eligible providers for listing on the CLTS Waiver Provider Directory.

Collaborate daily with DHS Bureau of Children’s Services, Field Representatives, and Contact Center staff.

Ensure quality and timeliness standards are met in accordance with program guidelines.
What we're looking for

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience in administrative or quality assurance roles.

Prior experience with Medicaid or Home and Community-Based Services (HCBS) programs preferred.

Ability to interpret and apply written policies, procedures, and technical guidance.

Strong attention to detail and ability to manage work independently with minimal oversight.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a customer service mindset.

High proficiency in Microsoft Office, SharePoint, and other Windows-based tools.

The pay range for this position is $35,000.00 - $50,000.00 per year, however, the base pay offered may vary depending on geographic region, internal equity, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience among other factors.
