As an Engineering Manager, you will lead multiple teams of software engineers to build the next set of features that help further advance strongDM’s products. You will also foster a culture of growth and help the individuals on your teams with their growth and development aspirations.

What You'll Do:

Manage multiple software development teams

Hire, develop, and grow the talent in the team

Partner with stakeholders to ensure your teams' contributions align with company objectives, develop technology roadmaps, and set realistic product release schedules

Drive cross-team collaboration and communication with other internal and external stakeholders

Contribute to engineering-wide initiatives as a member of strongDM’s engineering management team, helping us build high-performance teams.

Requirements:

You have a passion for enabling and motivating people to do their best work

You work very well cross-functionally, and are able to think rigorously and make hard decisions and tradeoffs

3 or more years of experience managing multiple software development teams

7 or more years of previous hands-on software development experience

Familiarity or past experience with compiled languages such as C/C++, Go or Rust

Previous experience with building enterprise SaaS products preferred

Remote experience preferred

Compensation:

zł 30,000- zł 50,000 PLN per month + equity
