Opportunity:

Virtual Service Operations is searching for a Network Engineer to be responsible for managing enterprise-level IT operations, including networks, virtual infrastructure, and cloud environments, while ensuring compliance with security protocols and industry standards. This role focuses on aligning technical operations with organizational objectives to ensure secure, reliable service delivery. 

In this role, you will oversee the operations of the Network Operations Center (NOC) and Security Operations Center (SOC), ensuring the secure and reliable delivery of IT services across the organization. Responsibilities include designing and implementing operational processes, managing infrastructure migrations, and leading complex technical projects. The Network Engineer will enforce compliance with security standards and regulatory requirements, while applying best practices for cybersecurity, disaster recovery, and performance optimization. Collaborating with stakeholders, this role contributes to strategic planning and continuous improvement initiatives to support the delivery of mission-critical IT services. 

• Advanced certifications such as CISSP, CCNP or CCNA, Professional Cloud Solutions Architect
• Multi-cloud expertise (AWS, GCP, OCI, Azure) 
• Please note that pursuant to a government contract, this specific position requires U.S. citizenship status
• Must be willing and able to work remotely
• Must be willing and able to undergo a government Public Trust (SF-85) background investigation
