Remote Cruise Consultant

This is a remote position.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist clients with cruise selection and booking based on travel goals, timelines, and budgets
  

• Provide insight into various cruise lines, ship features, and destinations, with a focus on Caribbean itineraries
  

• Manage end-to-end booking processes including reservations, payment details, and client communications
  

• Maintain long-term client relationships and encourage referrals
  

• Stay updated on cruise promotions, destination changes, and travel requirements
  

Requirements:

• Strong interest in cruising; personal cruise travel experience is a plus
  

• Professional communication and relationship-building skills
  

• Self-starter with strong organizational and time-management capabilities
  

• Comfortable working with online booking tools and customer management systems
