Job Description

The role will have two key areas of responsibilities

  1. This role will be involved in the setup of the new leasing business unit with regarding to processes, procedures, training and system implementation.  This activity will be a key requirement in the first twelve months and will likely continue to be part of the ongoing responsibility as the leasing business expands to new countries and regions for the right candidate.
  2. The Leasing Administrator will also be responsible for the administrative tasks associated with the acquisition, leasing, and tracking of the lease portfolio and related asset data through the whole lease lifecycle. The role is crucial in ensuring the effective management of assets to maximize their value and performance for the Eurofins group.

Key Day to Day Responsibilities:

  • Leasing business setup: Support the leasing manager in the setup of the leasing business unit in Ireland incorporating a multitude of activities that will be required.
  • Acquisition Support: Assist in the procurement process of analysis instruments, ensuring timely and cost-effective acquisition working closely with relevant purchasing teams, including managing the new Leasing business pipeline.
  • Leasing Administration: Manage the leasing process, including contract preparation, execution, and renewal including updating of Lease and asset system(s).
  • Asset Tracking: Maintain accurate records of all leased equipment, including their location, status, and usage.
  • Documentation Management: Ensure all documentation related to asset acquisition, leasing, and tracking is maintained centrally and is easily accessible.
  • Compliance: Ensure all leasing activities comply with relevant regulations and company policies.
  • Client Support: Provide administrative support to Eurofins Laboratories and offices regarding lease and asset-related inquiries and issues.
  • Data Entry and Reporting: Enter and update Lease and asset information in the Lease/asset management system(s) and generate regular reports for management on the portfolio status.
  • Coordination: Work closely with the Asset Manager and other team members to ensure seamless asset management operations – Required

Qualifications
  • Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field - Desired.
  • Previous experience in Leasing/asset administration or a similar role is preferred - Required.
  • Previous experience in setting up leasing processes, procedures, system - Desired
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills - Required.
  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy - Required.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite – Required
  • Proficiency in Leasing or asset management software - Desired.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills - Required.
