POSITION SUMMARY:
As a Sr. Director, Enterprise Provider Sales at CareMetx, LLC, you will play a key role in establishing and nurturing relationships with large healthcare organizations, including hospital systems, private equity networks, and large healthcare provider groups. The ideal candidate is a proactive problem-solver with excellent communication and negotiation skills, a deep understanding of business development strategies, and a proven track record of managing successful partnerships within the healthcare industry.
PRIMARY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Identify and develop strategic partnerships with large healthcare organizations, including hospital systems, healthcare networks, and major healthcare providers.
- Drive enterprise sales with a focus on long sales cycles and solution selling.
- Develop and implement business development strategies to achieve growth targets.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key partners to drive long-term business success.
- Address partner concerns and issues promptly, ensuring resolution and maintaining positive relationships.
- Lead negotiations for partnership agreements, ensuring favorable terms and compliance with legal standards.
- Work closely with the legal team to draft, review, and finalize contracts and agreements.
- Collaborate with sales, marketing, product development, and customer support teams to ensure a seamless partner experience.

Qualifications
EXPERIENCE AND EDUCATIONAL REQUIREMENTS:
- Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in sales and business development, with a focus on strategic partnerships.
- Proven experience working with large healthcare organizations and infusion centers.
- Experience in the healthcare or software industry is highly desirable.
MINIMUM SKILLS, KNOWLEDGE AND ABILITY REQUIREMENTS:

- Strong negotiation skills with experience drafting and reviewing contracts.
