Job Description

We are looking for a talented .NET Developer to join our team to code custom applications from scratch with minimal supervision.

You bring to Applaudo the following competencies:

  • Bachelor’s Degree or higher in Computer Science or Computer Engineering or related field or equivalent experience.
  • Familiarity with RESTful APIs, JSON data format and SOAP services.
  • Experience with microservices architecture and DDD (Domain Driven Design)
  • Demonstrated experience working with C#, .NET Framework 4.5+/Core 6+, ASP. NET Core, ASP.NET MVC, ASP.NET Web API, Windows Services, WCF.
  • Experience using NUnit, xUnit.net, and TDD (Test-Driven Development).
  • Experience working with SQL, Entity Framework 6/Core, Linq, Dapper.
  • Experience with MS SQL Server, Azure Managed SQL, Redis, Message Broker (RabbitMQ).
  • Working knowledge of containerization technologies like Docker (required) and cloud computing platforms like OpenShift (desirable).
  • Familiarity with tooling like NuGet, Git, Swagger.
  • Hands-on experience with Microsoft development tools and platforms (e.g., Visual Studio, VS Code, Azure DevOps)
  • Good understanding of CI/CD tools and concepts like Pipelines, Git, Sonarqube, Jenkins.
  • Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code following established coding standards and best practices.
  • Experience working in Agile environments.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to architect scalable and reusable code.

You will be accountable for the following responsibilities:

  • Work with Product Management to take detailed story-driven requirements and implement them using Agile Test Driven techniques.
  • Work in an organized team oriented environment with shared responsibilities.
  • Develop documentation throughout the SDLC.
