This is a remote position.

We are looking for a versatile and marketing-minded Digital Graphic Designer & Content Creator to join our team. This role blends creative design, digital media, and strategic thinking to support branding, lead generation, sales enablement, and content marketing efforts. The ideal candidate brings a strong foundation in both print and digital design, with the ability to craft compelling visual assets for websites, social media, presentations, email campaigns, and more.

In addition to design expertise, this individual will play a key role in upholding and evolving our brand identity across channels, developing video and motion content, and writing impactful short-form copy such as headlines and social media hooks. Success in this role requires proactive thinking, strong collaboration skills, a deep understanding of how visuals drive engagement, and a passion for using design as a tool to sell, inform, and inspire.

Brand & Creative Development

  • Continuously monitor, maintain, and evolve the visual and verbal brand identity by ensuring consistency in imagery, design, tone, and language across all marketing channels and touchpoints.
  • Partner with the sales team to ensure they have up-to-date, visually compelling materials—such as but not limited to presentations, brochures, one-pagers, and case studies—that support their goals and enhance their ability to communicate our value effectively.
  • Create and maintain visually consistent brand assets across digital and print platforms.
  • Develop presentations (PowerPoint) that communicate key messages clearly and professionally.
  • Design marketing collateral for both internal and external use (e.g., brochures, event materials, sales sheets).

Digital & Web Marketing

  • Design engaging digital assets for websites, email campaigns, and landing pages.
  • Ensure all web assets are optimized for performance, accessibility, and responsive design.
  • Collaborate with the team to support website enhancements, page layouts and UX/UI improvements through design.

Social Media Marketing

  • Create visually compelling social media graphics tailored to platform specifications and audience engagement strategies.
  • Design visuals that enhance campaign performance and align with brand voice and messaging.
  • Produce short-form video content, reels, and animations for social platforms.
  • Write short, effective captions, hooks, and post descriptions to support visual content.

Content Marketing & Copywriting

  • Write concise, engaging headlines and copy to accompany design assets such as flyers, brochures, social posts, web banners, and promotional graphics.
  • Collaborate with the content and campaign team to ensure visuals and messaging work together to tell a cohesive story.

Demand Generation & Campaign Support

  • Develop creative assets that drive lead generation and conversion goals across marketing funnels.
  • Translate campaign objectives into compelling visual stories that support product or service promotion.
  • Support ad creative development for paid campaigns on platforms like LinkedIn, Facebook, or Google Display Network.

Fully Remote Position

Requirements
  • Proven experience as a graphic designer with a portfolio showcasing both print and digital work.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere Pro or After Effects).
  • Basic video production and editing capabilities.
  • Strong understanding of social media and web design principles (mobile-first, responsive, UX/UI).
  • Excellent visual storytelling and a marketing-oriented mindset.
  • Basic copywriting skills for short-form content such as headlines, calls to action, and social media posts.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Team-oriented with strong communication skills and an openness to feedback.
