Proficiency in HTML/CSS/responsive design on an atomic level: the person is very knowledgeable in ways to convert an idea into HTML/CSS prototypes, with great care for responsiveness and quality styling. LESS/SASS or any preprocessors are totally mastered, the person can use the browser like a drawing board; solid foundations in CSS frameworks appreciated too.
Sound UX understanding: the person is aware of classical UX heuristics, knows how to respect - and optionally further develop - a style guide and define project-wide technical standards
Browser optimisation: reducing HTTP requests, minimizing payloads, debugging to the n-th degree in the DevTools and relying on standard HTML APIs more than their JS alternatives belong to the daily toolset; the person can not only find a dubious JS memory footprint in the browser, but also debug it.
Angular-Knowledge: the person is a confident Angular developer;
