Manage travel desk, plan for necessary flight/bus/train tickets and accommodation reservation.
Provide administrative support to ensure smooth functioning of office.
Maintain office supplies, check inventory and request office items as and whenever required.
Manage and maintain files, records and documentation.
Maintain office equipment’s as needed. Coordinate with service providers for timely Preventive maintenance, troubleshooting failures/ repairs and monitoring equipment operation.
Coordinate with other departments to ensure compliance with established policies.
Perform additional duties as and when required.
