Role and Responsibilities:

As an IT Support with SQL, your responsibilities will include:

  • Providing technical support for Windows applications, including troubleshooting and resolving issues
  • Managing IT inventory and ensuring its proper maintenance
  • Expertise in helpdesk operations, including Active Directory management and unlocking applications
  • Hands-on experience in application support and password reset
  • Troubleshooting and maintaining Microsoft Windows Server & Active Directory
  • Administering VMware and managing DR environments
  • Adhering to ISO 9001:2008 and ISO 27001 policies and procedures
Candidate Qualifications:

To be successful in this role, you should have:

  • MCSE, CCNA, or similar certifications (desirable)
  • Knowledge in SQLs
  • Strong customer-centric career experience and excellent time management skills
  • Ability to work within a customer-focused team
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Proven ability to quickly learn new technical domains and train others
  • Flexibility to work in an operational environment, rotational shifts, and on-call schedule
