Candidate Qualifications:
To be successful in this role, you should possess the following qualifications:
Minimum of 3-4 years of experience as a Social Media Specialist or in a similar role.
Experience in the education industry or general services industry will be preferred.
Proven track record as a social media strategist, utilizing various platforms to increase brand awareness and impressions.
Excellent knowledge of Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Pinterest, Instagram, Youtube, and other social media best practices.
Understanding of SEO and web traffic metrics.
Experience in conducting audience and buyer persona research.
Good understanding of social media KPIs (Key Performance Indicators).
Familiarity with web design and publishing.
Excellent multi-tasking, leadership, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
