  • Coordinate and schedule interviews, including managing candidates' travel and reimbursements.
  • Support overall functional requirements, special projects, and maintain data and records.

Job description

  1. Managing end-to-end Talent Acquisition process at Sr. level
  2. Sourcing and evaluation CVs
  3. Maintaining data, trackers & records
  4. Experienced in sourcing CV s thru’ different channels.  
  5. Coordination and scheduling interviews
  6. Manage candidates travel, reimbursements, BGVs
  7. Support overall functional requirement, special projects and MIS apart from recruitment
  8. Around 7-10 Yrs experience in TA and having understanding/exposure in overall HRM 
  9. Consistent academic track record
  10. Good in communication & interpersonal skills
  11. Self-driven and result orientation
  12. Gender – Male / Female
  13. Chennai based candidates
  14. Immediate joining - preferable
