Responsible for generating company’s top line by generating sales through SRs and Distributors.
Main Responsibilities
Plan, develop, organize, direct, and manage Sales through SRs
Establish & Achieve sales objectives by creating a sales plan for each territory.
Recommend product lines by identifying new product opportunities, and/or product, packaging, and service changes; surveying consumer needs and trends; tracking competitors
Make daily market visits to check route coverage, competitor activity and identify new sales opportunities in order to increase the volume.
Effectively implement the marketing campaign designed to increase product sales and collect market feedback on the effectiveness of the campaign and its impact on sales.
Evaluate the financial capabilities, coverage capacity etc. before finalizing and appointing a Distributor.
Handle effectively any product queries, customer complaints, Distributor queries etc. and educate the SR to handle the same as well.
Ensure product availability in all the targeted areas and ensure that the market is adequately covered by the Distributors.
Coordinate with Marketing & make sure the orders are fulfilled and stocks are reached to the Distributors.
Monitor SR’s Monthly Tour Plans and attendance and ensure adherence of the same by the SRs.
Track on a daily basis, achievement of sales targets and coach & guide the SRs to make sure targets are achieved without fail.
Prepare and send Daily Team Report to Sales Manager on a daily basis.
