Key responsibilities:

Support the Sales team by collaborating with the local A&D, PMC community as well as end clients and provide with a platform to build relationships and knowledge of Haworth products in their respective markets.
Maintain the showroom so it is in line with the corporate brand standard, including inventory management, showroom maintenance and product mock-ups to ensure a consistent customer experience.
Execute local events, including space booking, catering, entertainment, event announcements, gifts and invite lists and ensures adherence to Haworth standards in meeting client expectations during events, resulting in positive experience that supports moving sales process forward.
Develop, coordinate, and host Haworth sponsored events for A&D community, PMC and key clients; includes working evenings and/ or some weekends to represent Haworth in A&D community.
Initiate relationship with existing and new A&D firms while providing design support to specify Haworth products that can solve end-user problems and contribute to achievement of region’s sales goals.
Promote, communicate, and positively represents Haworth products, services, and capabilities to A&D firms, influencers, and potential customers. Maintains high degree of professionalism at all times.
Contribute to collaborative business plan developed by Business Development Manager and to achieve maximum account penetration of existing accounts and maximum generation of new accounts.
Assist showroom visitors by conducting showroom tours and attending to enquiries and requests.
Align with local Sales team and independently execute mock up requests and mock up set up for an excellent client experience, in alignment with Marketing Manager.
Maintain and periodically update the stake holders database to ensure all contacts are up to date Host engaging speakers in market on relevant industry topics to educate design community
Guide and support the local administrators and ensure vendor contracts are in place, including ground transportation/ hotels and other necessary contracted services and overseeing the management of rooming/dining/catering to ensure services provided meet or exceed requirements and are cost effective.
Implements the regional marketing plan & strategy to drive qualified customer & A&D engagements at Haworth and ensure utilizing best practices from both business and hospitality perspectives, to deliver world class client experience.
Serve as the local ‘Brand Ambassador’ to implement regional marketing activities, brand collateral and events as part of the larger brand campaigns and sub-regional account initiatives
Job Requirements and Qualifications
Graduate in B.Arch, Marketing, Design or related field is preferred. MBA will be added advantage
Minimum 5-12 years of experience in client facing role, especially in A&D segment, with marketing/ event management responsibility, preferably in handling premium products and/or services.
