Role Responsibilities:
  • Administer and manage Adobe Workfront applications for multiple departments.
  • Design and implement effective workflows to streamline project management processes.
  • Provide training and support to users to maximize the adoption of Workfront features.
  • Monitor project statuses, generate reports, and provide insights to stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand project needs and tailor solutions accordingly.
  • Conduct regular audits of the Workfront system to ensure data integrity and optimize performance.
  • Develop and maintain documentation for processes, workflows, and training materials.
  • Troubleshoot technical issues and work with IT to resolve software-related problems.
  • Facilitate user workshops to gather feedback and improve system functionalities.
  • Assist in the integration of Workfront with other software tools and platforms used in the organization.
  • Stay updated with the latest features and best practices in Adobe Workfront.
  • Contribute to continuous improvements by identifying areas for enhancement within the Workfront application.
  • Support project managers in developing project plans and timelines using Workfront.
  • Participate in team meetings to discuss workflow improvements and project updates.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for all Workfront-related inquiries and support.
Qualifications:
  • Proven experience as an Adobe Workfront Specialist or similar role.
  • Strong understanding of project management principles and methodologies.
  • Ability to create and optimize workflows in Adobe Workfront.
  • Experience in reporting and analytics using Workfront.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
  • Familiarity with Agile project management practices is a plus.
  • Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to meet deadlines.
  • Familiarity with other project management tools is an advantage.
  • Experience in user training and support.
  • Technical aptitude for troubleshooting and platform integration.
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field is preferred.
