Understanding the SAP Landscape architecture and underlying technologies of below applications: ERP Central Component (ECC), Solution Manager, BW, CRM, SRM,GRC etc.
Knowledge on Installation , Upgrade and OS/DB Migration is must for this role
Worked on old ERP’s as well to support the application in day to day activity of customer
Administer the SAP database with Database Administrator (BRTOOLS).
Administer and Knowledge to work on Java Stack
Expert in Handling team and leading them as well.
Solution Manager Administration knowledge is an Add-on
Ability to understand and evaluate the issues
Knowledge of HANA Administration
Knowledge of LIBELLE (System Refresh Tool) is an Add-on
Worked on Cloud Technology for any future requirement with Customer is an Add-on
Knowledge on Designing the Landscape based on Business requirement
System Refresh, Client Copy, TMS, Printer Configuration, Job Scheduling etc.
Handling Tickets & Tasks and responsible for closing the same within defined SLAs.
Work with Service Desk to facilitate incident & problem resolution.
Participate in release upgrade or new functionality / enhancement assessments and make recommendations.
Support in multiple testing scenario
Should have excellent oral and written communication skills and ability to cope with constantly changing priorities and pressures.
Enthusiastic, professional and confident personality with a focus on customer success and team player attitude
