ANALYTICS
- Deliver cutting-edge analytics services to stakeholders, enabling them to make fact-based decisions
- Generate pricing/trading/forecasting insights and recommendations to optimize sales performance KPIs
- Leverage and create pricing and markdown optimization analytics strategies for all stores and product categories
- Support with data quality checks of new data sets and quality checks of pricing strategies
- Perform and automate recurring analyses such as strategy performance insights, and pricing and stock data analytics
CONSULTING
· Drive recommendations on the best/optimal pricing strategy across stores and product divisions
· Support in stakeholder understanding of analysis and reports
REPORTING
· Create analytical reports on pricing and markdown performance in line with the KPI framework, showing the impact of the strategy
· Deliver key insights to stakeholders and propose actions to drive sales, profitability, consumer experience, and brand value
Requirements:
EDUCATION & PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE
· University degree in the field of Business, Economics, Engineering, Mathematics, Computer Science, or equivalent
· 2+ years of experience in Analytics is a must (specific experience in Pricing Analytics and Forecasting is a plus)
· Experience in digital sales, digital marketing, e-commerce, and/or pricing analytics in a brand environment is a plus
SOFT-SKILLS
· Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret and understand complex data and algorithms
· Strong communication, comfortable presenting findings to stakeholders at various organizational levels both in person and remotely
· Strong business understanding and ability to understand client’s business problems
HARD-SKILLS
· Experience with clustering and optimization techniques and analytics tools such as Alteryx and Excel
· Experience with any pricing optimization software is a plus
