This leadership role will be responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive offshoring roadmap that aligns with our business objectives, drives efficiency, reduces costs, enhances scalability, and ensures high-quality outcomes.

Why Aduro?

We’re not your typical fund administrators. We’re modern, innovative, and backed by deep industry experience, allowing our clients to focus on investing while we handle the details. We pride ourselves on providing our clients with thoughtful and adaptable service while leveraging best-in-class technology.

We thrive in a people-first culture where each team member can impact the success of the business. We do this by investing heavily in training and development programs, providing ample opportunities for growth, and focusing on fostering a culture of collaboration and community.

The Head of Offshoring will oversee all aspects of our offshore partnerships, vendor relationships, and the performance of our offshore teams, fostering strong collaboration and seamless integration with our onshore operations.

Here is the type of work you will do:

Strategy Development and Execution:

  • Expand on the existing offshoring strategy by transforming existing pilots into established business centers and launching new pilots for additional lines of service.
  • Collaborate with executive leadership to identify and evaluate potential offshoring locations and partners based on cost-effectiveness, talent availability, infrastructure, and risk factors.
  • Define clear objectives, KPIs, and metrics to measure the success and impact of our offshoring initiatives.
  • Continuously evaluate and refine the offshoring strategy to adapt to evolving business needs and market dynamics.

Offshore Partner Management:

  • Negotiate and manage contracts, service level agreements (SLAs), and performance metrics with offshore providers.
  • Build and maintain strong, collaborative relationships with key stakeholders at our offshore partner organizations.
  • Regularly review partner performance, address any issues, and ensure adherence to agreed-upon terms and quality standards.

Operational Oversight:

  • Oversee the operations of our offshore teams and ensure efficient and effective execution of tasks and projects.
  • Establish clear communication protocols, reporting structures, and performance management frameworks for offshore teams.
  • Collaborate with department heads and functional leaders to integrate offshore resources seamlessly into their workflows.

Team Leadership and Development:

  • Lead and mentor existing teams working with our offshoring operations to ensure program effectiveness.
  • Foster a culture of collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement within the offshoring team.
  • Provide guidance, support, and development opportunities to team members to enhance their skills and expertise in global operations.

Stakeholder Management and Communication:

  • Serve as a key point of contact for all matters related to offshoring, both internally and externally.
  • Communicate the offshoring strategy, progress, and impact to executive leadership and other key stakeholders.
  • Collaborate effectively with onshore teams to ensure alignment and address any concerns related to offshoring.
  • Foster a positive perception of our offshoring strategy within the organization.
