Coleto Brands, parent Company of Progress Lighting and Kichler is seeking to fill a Senior National Account Manager position that will be remote. The ideal candidate will have prior Ferguson experience and must be available to work in EST or CST time zones to support customer operations. Experience in lighting is preferred. 


To be successful in this role, you will need ability to build strong internal / external relationships, develop/Implement long-term winning strategies for in-store and online Ferguson Home business. 


Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Responsible for Sales Revenue and Profit (P&L for Dealer sales).
  • Develop and maintain working relationships with Ferguson management and Lighting Directors. Leads activities around program development, budget management, and execution on account plans.
  • Play a lead role in Ferguson Program management including the transition to an Omnichannel Program.
  • Collaborate with eCommerce team and engage with Fergusonhome.com team. Align and provide support on customer engagement activities and develop key strategies.
  • Work closely with the Director of Dealer Sales and four Regional Sales Managers to engage with Ferguson at the field level. Facilitate and support customer engagement and implement key strategies with our rep agencies.
  • Collaborate with cross functional departments to facilitate a One Coleto approach – including market intelligence, forecasting, service and communication.
  • Identify and implement profit improvement and product mix opportunities.
  • Maintain Key Performance Metrics by supervising sales performance and statistical reports.
  • Assist in the preparation and development of training for internal and external customers.
  • Ensure sales policies, regulations, and procedures are adhered to by sales teams and be able to guide those to the organization and agencies.


Skills and Experience:
  • Prior Ferguson account management or experience required
  • Lighting experience preferred, but not required
  • Bachelor’s degree and/or equivalent knowledge and experience 
  • Minimum 5 years of Sales or Account Management experience in homebuilding, consumer products, or electrical distribution industries, 
  • Proven capabilities in understanding and balancing customers' needs and negotiating their demands
  • Proven record in managing pull-through selling strategies
  • Ability to manage direct reports
  • Proven track record to coordinate workloads optimally and prioritize objectives
  • Able and willing to travel up to 30% of the time (domestically)
