About CloudBees
CloudBees enables enterprises to deliver scalable, compliant, and secure software, empowering developers to do their best work. Seamlessly integrating into any hybrid and heterogeneous environment, CloudBees is more than a tool—it's a strategic partner in your cloud transformation journey, ensuring security, compliance, and operational efficiency while enhancing the developer experience across your entire software development lifecycle. We are looking for a Senior Product Operations Manager to drive operational excellence and improve how our Product, Engineering, and Design teams collaborate. This role focuses on optimizing processes, governance, and tooling to enable faster execution and better product outcomes. This is a senior-level role, a right hand to the Director of Product Operations, instrumental in executing and establishing a strong Product Ops function. This is an individual contributor role, there are no direct reports.
The ideal candidate has a background in product management, expertise in product development tools (we use ProductBoard, so bonus points if you’re familiar), and a passion for efficiency and continuous improvement. They will enhance roadmap visibility, streamline workflows, and coach teams on best practices in agile and lean methodologies. With strong emotional intelligence, they will influence and align teams across a matrixed organization while fostering a culture of operational excellence.
