Job Description

As an Application manager you will carry out your tasks in a DevOps team with other experts to ensure maintenance of the Hub systems.

Tasks:

Holistic support of the applications from a technical and operational perspective
Ensuring production stability, the availability of the application including planning of appropriate measures including non-functional requirements
Ensuring security and compliance requirements (PSA/SDSK, ITSD roadmap, CAPE, ...)
Holistic responsibility for the ITIL processes at Tel IT (change, incident, problem and configuration management, business continuity, etc.) and maintenance of the tools
Development of smaller changes and collaboration with other developers
Improving code to fulfill common standards (maintenance, accessibility)
Ensuring changes sets, releases and deployments
Support for applications on cloud

Qualifications

Experience in service management, application management, DevOps development or system operations
Further technical and process know-how according to ITIL is helpful
Python basics are welcome
DevOps mindset and optional cloud basics
Basic knowledge of agile team work
Basic understanding of common software technologies and system architecture
Teamwork and good communication skills
English is needed, German is an advantage
