Title: Non-IT Recruiter (Healthcare, Engineer)
Location: CBD Belapur, Navi Mumbai - Remote
Duration: Long Term

Key Responsibilities:
-- Handle the complete recruitment life cycle for non-IT roles in healthcare, Engineer and legal sectors
-- Work on C2C, W2, and full-time hiring models for U.S.-based clients
-- Source and screen candidates from multiple channels: Job Boards (Dice, Monster, CareerBuilder, Indeed, LinkedIn), vendor networks, and internal database
-- Conduct initial assessments, schedule interviews, and coordinate with hiring managers and clients
-- Build strong pipelines for recurring positions in hospitals, legal firms, healthcare administration, and compliance
-- Maintain accurate documentation and update ATS regularly
-- Negotiate salary/rates and handle onboarding for selected candidates
