Your Mission:

Lead the full technical scope across multiple interior fit-out projects—high-end, fast-track.
Build and run a high-performance technical office team—draftsmen, engineers, coordinators under your command
Ensure technical excellence—clear, coordinated, clash-free documentation every time
Be the technical partner to design, procurement, and site teams—you connect the dots, anticipate issues, and remove
friction
Set and uphold the standard—compliance, quality, timelines, and version control, led with discipline and clarity
Deliver under pressure—where others hesitate, you lead with precision and resolve
