In order to optimise our delivery service to our customers, Caesarstone are looking for an experienced and highly organised Transport Manager to join our Operations Team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the transport solution for Caesarstone which includes the daily planning of a fleet of vehicles across mainland UK from our Enfield depot. Working closely with the sales and Distribution Centre team you will establish and manage a successful milk round delivery model, driving efficiency through high level planning, loading accuracy and on-time delivery performance.

●       Ensure all vehicles are maintained in line with Operator Licence requirements — including Preventative Maintenance Inspections (PMIs), MOTs, and defect rectification

●       Oversight of company car fleet (non-HGV) as required

●       Regular reviews of delivery cost, route efficiency, and fuel consumption

●       Monitor performance of third-party delivery partners against service-level agreements (SLAs), and resolve service failures

●       Ensure full legal compliance with transport legislation — including vehicle safety, driver hours, and Operator Licence conditions

●       Serve as the nominated Transport Manager, holding a valid CPC and accountable for transport compliance in line with the company’s Standard National O Licence

Experience and Understanding

●       Strong understanding of logistics and transport within a supply chain setting

●       Experience using Transport Management Systems (TMS) and modern scheduling tools

●       Proven experience managing a fleet under Operator Licence obligations, including working knowledge of DVSA standards

●       Familiarity with Health & Safety legislation, particularly as it applies to transport operations and contractor management

●       Full UK driving licence, with entitlement to drive vehicles up to 7.5 tonnes (C1).

●       Holds a Certificate of Professional Competence (CPC) in Road Haulage Transport Management, as required under the UK O Licence system

●       Strong organisational skills — able to plan, prioritise, and manage time independently
