Responsibilities

Reporting to the Business Unit Head, you’ll be the face of our rare disease portfolio with a newly launched product across VIC, SA, and WA, bringing hope and innovation to the healthcare professionals and patients you serve.

? What You’ll Do:

  • Build a territory plan that maps out stakeholder needs and decision-making dynamics
  • Plan and execute targeted multichannel engagement with HCPs and stakeholders
  • Achieve sales targets and deliver successful product strategies and launches
  • Develop long-term, trust-based relationships with KOLs and key influencers
  • Lead impactful promotional meetings and educational initiatives
  • Bring the strategy to life through localised, data-informed tactical execution
  • Log activities via CRM and contribute competitive intelligence (CI)
  • Collaborate across functions to implement projects and deliver value
  • Always act with integrity, compliance, and purpose

Requirements

🧠 Experience & Education:

  • Bachelor’s degree in life sciences, business, nursing, medicine, or related field
  • 5+ years in pharmaceutical sales or as a medical representative
  • Experience in neurology or rare diseases/orphan drugs – highly regarded
  • Must have Australian working rights
