REQUIRED SERVICE: Business Support VA

SHIFT TIME ZONE: CST
SHIFT HOURS: between 7 am to 5 pm
SHIFT DAYS: Monday to Friday

The Project Coordinator will play a vital role in supporting construction operations through effective document management, permit acquisition, purchase order processing, and communication. This individual will ensure seamless coordination between the office and field teams, contributing to efficient project execution and compliance.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Request and apply for all necessary building permits to support project timelines.
  • Generate and manage Purchase Orders for vendors and subcontractors.
  • Upload all required documentation into internal software platforms to ensure field access and record-keeping.
  • Enter warranty information into systems accurately and promptly.
  • Maintain and update project tracking sheets to reflect real-time project statuses.
  • Manage daily email communications related to project updates, vendor coordination, and permit status.
  • Ensure accurate data entry and document organization within Buildertrend and formerly used systems such as SharePoint.
  • Work full-time hours within a typical shift of 7:00 AM – 4:00 PM or 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM.
