📍 Fully Remote | 🕒 40h/week with core hours 10AM–3PM CET
💼 B2B or Malta-based Employment Contract | 💰 €30,000–€50,000 gross/year
Company: Just Slots

Hey there!

Are you someone who loves building smart solutions and making things run smoother, faster, and better? Do you enjoy variety, creativity, and working with a fun, friendly team? If so, you might just be the Junior Automation Engineer we’re looking for!

At Just Slots, we build awesome tools and games—and we’re growing fast. We’re on the lookout for someone who’s excited about automation, loves learning new things, and thrives in a flexible, startup-style environment.

🔧 What You'll Be Doing

Automating the boring stuff: You’ll create tools and systems that save time, reduce errors, and make life easier for everyone on the team.

Jumping between cool projects: One day you might be helping out in our game development team, the next you're improving internal tools for our infrastructure.

Collaborating like a pro: You’ll work closely with designers, developers, and other friendly humans to build useful, efficient systems.

Keeping things moving: You’ll help us stay fast and flexible by adapting to shifting priorities and new challenges.

Learning on the go: We don’t expect you to know everything—we value curiosity and the drive to grow more than perfection.

✅ What We’re Looking For

🤖 You’ve got experience with automation—you’ve built, tested, or maintained automated systems before.

🚀 You feel at home in a startup-style setting: fast, flexible, and full of opportunity.

🎩 You’re happy to wear a few hats—jumping between projects and teams sounds exciting, not stressful.

💬 You speak fluent English and communicate clearly, especially in a remote setting.

🤝 You’re proactive, dependable, and genuinely enjoy being part of a team.

🎁 What You’ll Get

A great team: We’re a group of kind, curious, and passionate people who support each other.

Exciting projects: You’ll work on real, meaningful stuff that actually gets used.

Plenty of growth: We’re growing fast, and we want you to grow with us—professionally and personally.

Fair pay: €30,000–€50,000 gross per year, depending on your experience and skills.

Choose your path: Go with a B2B contract or join us with a Malta-based employment contract—whatever works best for you.

True flexibility: Work from anywhere in the EU with a schedule that fits your life.
