Senior Consultant

We’re looking for a Senior Consultant to join our Italian team with a strong interest and experience in Enterprise Performance Management (EPM), particularly the innovative OneStream platform. This role offers the opportunity to take on greater responsibility and ownership of high-impact projects, while mentoring others and shaping how we deliver solutions to our clients.

As a Senior Consultant at inlumi, you’ll work closely with clients to lead and deliver complex EPM projects, leveraging your deep functional and technical expertise. You’ll play a hands-on role in solution design, implementation, and optimisation. You will work alongside a diverse team of skilled professionals in a supportive and growth-oriented environment.

What You’ll Do

• Lead the design, development, and deployment of OneStream applications that support core EPM processes including financial planning, budgeting, consolidation, and reporting.
• Serve as a trusted advisor to clients, understanding their business challenges and providing strategic, impactful solutions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, translate them into technical specifications, and configure OneStream accordingly.
• Mentor and support junior consultants, helping to build internal capabilities and knowledge-sharing across the team.
• Drive continuous improvement by identifying opportunities for optimisation, automation, and innovation in client solutions.
• Develop and maintain clear documentation, training materials, and user guides to enable self-sufficiency and knowledge retention within client organisations.

What You Bring

• A Bachelor’s or master's degree in finance, Business Administration, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Years of hands-on experience in Enterprise Performance Management (EPM) projects, preferably with OneStream or similar platforms (e.g. Hyperion, SAP BPC, Tagetik).
• Solid understanding of financial processes such as consolidation, forecasting, and reporting.
• Check the functional and technical raised issues and fix or resolve them.
• Analyse and develop small changes on existing solutions.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to navigate complexity and drive decisions.
• Proven experience working directly with clients and stakeholders, with excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, consulting environment, balancing multiple priorities.
• Fluent in Italian and proficient in English, both spoken and written.
