Job Title: Financial Operations Analyst
Location: Remote (MST Time Zone)
Salary Range: up to 3000 USD

Work Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM (MST)

Position Overview:

We are seeking a Financial Operations Analyst to support data-driven processes around tax roll reviews, lien enforcement, estoppel processing, and developer payoffs. This role requires a sharp eye for data integrity, an interest in automation, and a strong foundation in real estate financial workflows.

Key Responsibilities:

Extract, clean, and analyze data from various databases to support:
>> Estoppel certificate processing and assessment lookups.
>> Deposit tracking and reconciliation.
>> Annual tax roll reviews and submissions.
>> Developer invoicing and payoff validations.
Cross-reference and validate high-volume data using Excel (advanced formulas, lookups, pivot tables).
Build and maintain tools to automate repetitive tasks and reduce manual workflows.
Support lien enforcement and debt service tracking through accurate reporting and audit readiness.
Collaborate with title companies, attorneys, and property appraisers to ensure the integrity of external data.

Qualifications:

Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel (advanced formulas, pivot tables, lookups, etc.).
Experience with data automation tools such as Python, Power Query, or similar platforms.
Familiarity with reconciliation processes, financial data validation, and property-related financial workflows.
Ability to work independently and manage large volumes of structured and unstructured data.
Professional English communication skills (written and verbal).

Nice-to-Haves:

Experience with public finance, property tax systems, or government record platforms.
Exposure to lien tracking, estoppel certificates, or U.S. municipal finance practices.
Proficiency with low-code platforms like Power Apps, Alteryx, or Zapier.
