Position Overview:

We are looking for dynamic HR professionals to join our expanding team. In this role, you will play a key part in talent acquisition, employee engagement, and HR operations to support our fast-growing global workforce..

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement strategic talent acquisition plans to attract top IT professionals.

  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.

  • Assist in sourcing, shortlisting, and conducting initial HR interviews to assess candidate suitability and cultural fit.

  • Manage and update job postings across various recruitment platforms.

  • Support onboarding processes, including documentation, background verification, and induction sessions.

  • Oversee HR operations, including payroll coordination, benefits administration, and performance management.

  • Maintain and update HR databases, employee records, and HRIS systems.

  • Design and execute employee engagement and retention strategies to enhance workforce satisfaction.

  • Organize employee engagement activities to boost morale and productivity.

  • Handle employee queries related to HR policies, benefits, and payroll support.

  • Ensure compliance with labor laws, company policies, and HR best practices.

  • Conduct workforce planning and collaborate with business leaders on talent strategies.

  • Facilitate training and development programs to upskill employees.

  • Assist in performance appraisal and feedback collection processes.

  • Lead initiatives to enhance employer branding and market positioning.

  • Develop and implement HR analytics and reporting to drive data-driven decision-making.

  • Act as a trusted advisor to leadership on HR policies, workplace culture, and organizational development.



Requirements

Must Have: 

  • 3+ years of experience in HR, preferably within IT consulting, technology, or multinational companies.

  • Strong understanding of Indian labor laws, compliance, and HR best practices in a global setting.

  • Experience in full-cycle recruitment, including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding for IT and consulting roles.

  • Familiarity with HRIS, ATS (Applicant Tracking Systems), and HR analytics tools.

  • Excellent communication skills in English (written and verbal) to interact with global stakeholders.

  • Ability to manage HR processes remotely while collaborating with international teams.

  • Strong problem-solving, organizational, and time-management skills.

  • Hands-on experience with employee engagement initiatives and performance management frameworks.

Good to Have:

  • Knowledge of Canadian or North American employment laws and HR practices.

  • Experience in handling HR operations for remote and distributed teams.

  • Certifications such as SHRM, PHR, CHRP, or any relevant HR certification.

  • Understanding of diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) initiatives in a global workforce.

  • Exposure to compensation and benefits structuring for an international workforce.
