Position Overview:
We are looking for dynamic HR professionals to join our expanding team. In this role, you will play a key part in talent acquisition, employee engagement, and HR operations to support our fast-growing global workforce..
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement strategic talent acquisition plans to attract top IT professionals.
Manage the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
Assist in sourcing, shortlisting, and conducting initial HR interviews to assess candidate suitability and cultural fit.
Manage and update job postings across various recruitment platforms.
Support onboarding processes, including documentation, background verification, and induction sessions.
Oversee HR operations, including payroll coordination, benefits administration, and performance management.
Maintain and update HR databases, employee records, and HRIS systems.
Design and execute employee engagement and retention strategies to enhance workforce satisfaction.
Organize employee engagement activities to boost morale and productivity.
Handle employee queries related to HR policies, benefits, and payroll support.
Ensure compliance with labor laws, company policies, and HR best practices.
Conduct workforce planning and collaborate with business leaders on talent strategies.
Facilitate training and development programs to upskill employees.
Assist in performance appraisal and feedback collection processes.
Lead initiatives to enhance employer branding and market positioning.
Develop and implement HR analytics and reporting to drive data-driven decision-making.
Act as a trusted advisor to leadership on HR policies, workplace culture, and organizational development.
Must Have:
3+ years of experience in HR, preferably within IT consulting, technology, or multinational companies.
Strong understanding of Indian labor laws, compliance, and HR best practices in a global setting.
Experience in full-cycle recruitment, including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding for IT and consulting roles.
Familiarity with HRIS, ATS (Applicant Tracking Systems), and HR analytics tools.
Excellent communication skills in English (written and verbal) to interact with global stakeholders.
Ability to manage HR processes remotely while collaborating with international teams.
Strong problem-solving, organizational, and time-management skills.
Hands-on experience with employee engagement initiatives and performance management frameworks.
Good to Have:
Knowledge of Canadian or North American employment laws and HR practices.
Experience in handling HR operations for remote and distributed teams.
Certifications such as SHRM, PHR, CHRP, or any relevant HR certification.
Understanding of diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) initiatives in a global workforce.
Exposure to compensation and benefits structuring for an international workforce.
