We’re looking for a strategic, creative, and mission-driven Campaign Director for Latin America. If you believe in defending life, family, and freedom—and want to shape national and international conversations through bold, grassroots action—this is your chance.
As Campaign Director for LATAM, you’ll be the voice and driving force behind CitizenGO’s presence in the region. You will launch compelling campaigns, deliver powerful offline actions, and build coalitions that make headlines and change policy.
About the Role
You’ll lead the campaign strategy for our regional list, turning key cultural and political moments into opportunities for mass mobilization. You’ll oversee the planning, messaging, and execution of petitions and actions—from digital campaigns to physical protest stunts.
Whether you’re responding to national legislation, translating global campaigns, or pitching stories to the press, your role is to convert conviction into action and action into change.
You’ll work closely with your regional team, report to our Campaigns Manager, and collaborate with our global staff to deliver high-impact campaigns, grounded in our shared values.

What You'll Do
- You will research, conceive, and launch campaigns on national and global issues.
- You will monitor local and global events to identify high-impact opportunities.
- You will draft, proofread, and edit emotionally resonant campaign emails.
- You will use AI tools to generate and enhance written materials.
- You will source news, NGO reports, and other references to support campaigns.
- You will send campaign updates to supporters and keep them engaged.
- You will propose and support impactful offline actions—from rallies to petition deliveries.
- You will translate Global CitizenGO campaigns into Spanish, tailored for Latin America.
- You will write media briefings, press releases, and social media messages.
- You will speak on behalf of CitizenGO in interviews, videos, and live events.
- You will establish relationships with influencers, journalists, and allies across the region.
- You will build coalitions with like-minded organizations to increase campaign reach.
- You will support Media Campaigners in preparing and executing offline actions.
- You will review and manage petitions submitted by CitizenGO members.
- You will monitor the LATAM CitizenGO site for functionality and translation quality.
- You will help shape organizational strategy, recruiting and managing Campaign Associates when applicable.
Who you are
- You are based in Latin America and speak Spanish as a first language.
- You can write clearly in an emotional and engaging tone.
- You understand grassroots advocacy, mobilization, and digital campaigning.
- You are highly professional, self-motivated, and efficient under pressure.
- You show strong project management and leadership skills.
- You are enthusiastic about learning and using digital tools like Google Workspace, Marketo, and Asana.
- You thrive in a structured but collaborative team environment.
- You are comfortable with flexible hours and occasional weekend/evening work.
- You are experienced in public speaking and media engagement.
- You are passionate about the mission to defend life, family, and freedom.
- You have prior experience in campaign strategy, copywriting, journalism, or digital marketing.
- You can proactively juggle multiple projects and meet deadlines with minimal supervision.
- You have at least a B2-level proficiency in English. (Duolingo English Test required for non-natives, minimum score of 100). Any other languages are a plus.
