About You

We’re looking for a seasoned and strategic Director of Product Marketing who thrives at the intersection of product and go-to-market. You have a strong track record of successfully bringing cybersecurity or enterprise products to market, working cross-functionally to translate technical innovation into customer value. You’re a natural storyteller who can craft compelling positioning and messaging, while building tight feedback loops between product, sales, and marketing to drive adoption, influence roadmap decisions, and accelerate growth.

You’re just as comfortable in front of customers and analysts as you are in working sessions with product and engineering. You understand the importance of crisp positioning, data-backed insights, and collaborative execution. Key Responsibilities

  • Product Launch Leadership: Own and execute end-to-end product launch strategies, ensuring readiness across sales, marketing, customer success, and product teams.
  • Cross-Functional Go-to-Market Strategy: Partner closely with Product, Sales, Customer Success, and Growth to define and execute GTM plans that accelerate adoption and revenue.
  • Positioning & Messaging: Develop differentiated, value-driven product positioning and messaging that resonates with buyers, users, and influencers across all levels.
  • Customer & Market Insight: Act as the voice of the customer—synthesizing feedback, competitive intelligence, and market trends into actionable insights that shape GTM strategy and product development.
  • Sales & Partner Enablement: Create enablement materials that arm sales and partners with the tools, messaging, and training they need to win—including pitch decks, battlecards, and demo narratives.
  • Content Development: Collaborate with brand, content, and demand teams to create compelling product marketing assets—blogs, whitepapers, case studies, and solution briefs—that support the buyer journey.
  • Executive & Public Presence: Represent Nagomi as a thought leader at industry events, webinars, and with analysts to strengthen market presence and influence.
  • Partner Marketing: Support strategic alliances and integrations by aligning on joint value props, messaging, and co-marketing plans.
  • Customer Advocacy: Build deep customer relationships to source feedback, testimonials, and case studies that reinforce our value and drive credibility.





Requirements

  • 10+ years of experience in product marketing within B2B technology, preferably in an early stage cybersecurity start-up.
  • Expertise in developing go-to-market strategies and product positioning that drive revenue growth and market differentiation.
  • Strong storytelling skills, with the ability to translate technical concepts into compelling, customer-focused narratives.
  • Proven experience in public speaking and a strong comfort level with presenting to large audiences, including at industry conferences.
  • Skilled at collaborating with sales, product, and engineering teams to align on product strategy and execution.
  • Excellent analytical skills, with the ability to interpret market data and translate it into actionable insights.
  • Experience in fast-paced, growth-oriented environments in the technology or cybersecurity sector.
