Description

We’re seeking an HR People Partner with a focus on Employee Development to join our HR team. This role combines strategic HR partnership with hands-on initiatives to support employee engagement, development, and performance.

You’ll help implement HR strategies, build relationships across the company, and create programs that support the professional and personal growth of our employees.

What is your new project?

  • Provide a full scope of HR services across assigned teams.
  • Drive and implement HR strategies aligned with business objectives.
  • Hold regular one-on-one meetings with team members and collect feedback through surveys.
  • Facilitate performance reviews and help team members set and achieve their goals.
  • Maintain HR reports, metrics, and documentation.
  • Design and lead training programs, career paths, and development plans.
  • Collaborate with team leads to assess learning needs and build tailored initiatives.
  • Organize workshops, mentorship programs, and onboarding experiences.
  • Evaluate training effectiveness and adjust approaches based on feedback and analytics.
  • Work with recruiting, marketing, and sales to align on people initiatives.

What makes you a great fit

  • 2+ years of experience in HR, with a focus on employee development, training, or talent management.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to identify and address employee pain points with empathy and creativity.
  • A data-informed approach to HR initiatives.
  • Experience facilitating performance discussions and learning sessions.
  • Organizational and project management skills.

NICE TO HAVE:

  • Previous experience in tech, IT recruitment, or the outstaffing industry.
  • Familiarity with modern HR software and learning management systems.
  • Fluent written and spoken English (at least B2).
