We’re looking for a Delivery Manager to lead cross-functional teams and coordinate the delivery of complex projects across product, technology, and operations. This role is crucial in ensuring our project outcomes align with business goals - balancing strategy, execution, and stakeholder engagement with precision and energy.

What you get to do:

Planning & Strategy

  • Facilitate strategic planning sessions with cross-functional teams, using delivery metrics to guide decisions.
  • Create and maintain delivery roadmaps that align with business objectives and tech strategy.
  • Define project scope, success metrics, KPIs, and delivery plans that support long-term growth.

Project Management & Delivery

  • Oversee technology projects from initiation to delivery - ensuring timelines, goals, and business value stay on track.
  • Implement and improve project management frameworks that drive efficiency and visibility.
  • Monitor delivery performance, proactively mitigate risks, and ensure execution meets expectations.

Stakeholder Management

  • Communicate project status, risks, and outcomes clearly and regularly to all stakeholders.
  • Collaborate closely with clients, internal teams, and third parties to deliver outstanding project outcomes.
  • Generate reporting and insights for senior leadership on progress, blockers, and delivery impact.

Process Improvement

  • Champion continuous improvement across delivery processes, tools, and methodologies.
  • Identify bottlenecks and opportunities to streamline operations, enhancing team effectiveness.
  • Help teams evolve by integrating best practices, feedback loops, and post-project learnings.

Requirements

What it takes to succeed:

  • Strong command of project management tools and methodologies (Agile, Scrum, Kanban, Waterfall).
  • Solid understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC) and IT architecture.
  • Excellent stakeholder and client relationship management skills.
  • Confident working with cross-functional and fully remote teams.
  • Strategic thinker with a sharp eye for detail and a passion for continuous improvement.
  • Fluent in English with strong communication and presentation skills.
  • Comfortable using Atlassian Suite (Jira, Confluence), Microsoft Office tools, and Team Health frameworks.
  • Experience in the payments or fintech space is a strong advantage.

Education & Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field preferred (e.g., Computer Science, IT, Engineering, Business).
  • Alternatively, significant verifiable experience in a similar role will also be considered.
  • Minimum 7 years of experience in project delivery, program management, or technology leadership.
  • Hands-on experience with software delivery and client-facing project leadership.
