We are currently searching for a Job Position:

Responsibilities:

Design, implement, and manage IVR and Telephony infrastructure to ensure high availability, performance, and compliance with SLAs.
Develop and maintain IVR applications using Genesys Pure Engage/CX, VoiceXML, and REST/SOAP APIs.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve user requirements and optimize communication systems.
Lead IVR service migrations, including platform upgrades and transitions.
Perform capacity planning and database management (SQL, MySQL, Postgres) for IVR systems.
Manage vendor relationships and ensure SLA compliance for IT services.

Requirements:

Minimum 4 years of hands-on experience with Genesys IVR platforms (Pure Engage/CX).
3+ years of programming expertise in C++, Java, VoiceXML, and Python.
Proven experience integrating and managing REST/SOAP APIs.
Proficiency in database administration (SQL, MySQL, Postgres).
Experience leading IVR migrations and upgrades.
Strong problem-solving skills for troubleshooting complex systems.

Desired:

Certifications in Genesys, Avaya, or Cisco IVR technologies.
Knowledge of cloud-based IVR solutions.
Familiarity with Agile methodologies.

Languages

Advanced Oral English.
Native Spanish.
