Job Description:

GDIT is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Senior Program Analyst to provide essential administrative and operational support to our team. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills, excellent written and verbal communication abilities, and the technical proficiency to handle day-to-day office operations with minimal supervision.

Work Visa sponsorship will not be provided for this role.

HOW A SR. PROGRAM ANALYST WILL MAKE AN IMPACT:

  • Provide general program support, including electronic filing, data entry, and maintaining organized electronic records

  • Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate logistics and materials for meetings or presentations

  • Prepare, proofread, and edit business documents such as reports, memos, and correspondence to ensure clarity and professionalism

  • Communicate and collaborate effectively with team members to support daily operations

  • Review and verify completed work for accuracy and completeness before submission

  • Apply sound judgment and problem-solving skills to address operational issues independently

  • Perform other duties as assigned

What You’ll Need to Succeed:

Required Skills & Experience:

  • High School Diploma and/or minimum 4 years of experience

  • Minimum of 3-5 years of Administrative Support experience

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)

  • Experience with digital filing and document management systems (e.g., SharePoint and OneDrive)

  • Experience with virtual meeting platforms such as Zoom or Microsoft Teams

  • Basic experience with PDF editing tools (e.g., Adobe Acrobat) and data entry systems

  • Ability to obtain an NIH Public Trust Clearance

Desired Skills & Experience:

  • Experience in a professional or corporate environment is a plus

  • Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

  • Skilled in maintaining structured and accessible electronic filing systems.

  • Accurate data entry skills with strong attention to detail in routine and complex tasks.

  • Ability to work effectively under pressure and in fast-paced environments.

  • Strong problem-solving skills with a proactive, self-motivated, and process-oriented approach.

  • Capable of developing and delivering presentations to various audiences.

  • Experience supporting executives or senior-level staff

  • Familiarity with collaboration/project management tools such as Jira, or similar tools

  • Experience working with confidential or sensitive information

  • Proficiency with Adobe Acrobat or other document editing/conversion tools

The likely salary range for this position is $72,509 - $87,400. This is not, however, a guarantee of compensation or salary. Rather, salary will be set based on experience, geographic location and possibly contractual requirements and could fall outside of this range.
