We’re now looking for a highly skilled Senior PPC Specialist / Senior User Acquisition Manager to drive the growth of our user base through performance marketing channels like Google Ads and Apple Search Ads.

About You:
  • 3 years+ of hands-on experience managing Google Ads campaigns in an executor role.
  • Proven background as a User Acquisition Manager on projects with monthly advertising budgets exceeding $1M.
  • Proficiency in analytical tools such as Google Sheets, Amplitude, Tableau, or their equivalents.
  • Deep understanding of paid traffic acquisition processes, key marketing metrics, and attribution methodologies.
  • Practical experience with web funnels, including driving traffic that converts and achieves positive ROMI under competitive conditions.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret user behavior and identify factors that influence attraction, retention, and conversion.
  • Demonstrated ability to perform effectively in fast-paced, decision-driven environments.
  • English language proficiency at Upper-Intermediate level or higher for documentation review and communication with support and internal teams.
  • High level of self-organization, proactivity, and accountability for owned channels and performance outcomes.
Nice to Have:
  • Experience with direct media buying for iOS and Android
  • Familiarity with tracking systems and experience setting them up from scratch
Your Areas of Impact:
  • Own performance in paid UA channels: Be directly responsible for Promova’s results across Google Ads and Apple Search Ads, delivering high-quality traffic that brings targeted, profitable returns (ROMI+).
  • Drive scalable growth: Identify synergies between user intent, creatives, landing pages, and product experience—then scale what works.
  • Lead media campaign strategy: Launch, manage, and optimize Google media campaigns (with a focus on App Campaigns) to reach ambitious growth goals.
  • Creative testing & collaboration: Partner closely with the creative team to test and launch display ads, analyze their performance, give insightful feedback, and brainstorm new ideas.
  • Ensure technical excellence: Manage technical aspects of campaigns (tracking, attribution, feeds, etc.) in collaboration with analytics and development teams.
  • Leverage partnerships: Build effective working relationships with Google support to gain access to beta features, strategic insights, and hands-on assistance.
