We’re expanding our creative team and are currently looking for a Senior-Advanced Video Editor with advanced skills and a sharp eye for trendy, professional video content. This is a full-time position ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative, and creative environment.
Edit a wide range of video content including:
Residential & commercial property listings
Branded promotional content
Short-form social content (Reels, TikTok, YouTube Shorts)
Integrate trending music, transitions, and effects aligned with current real estate and marketing aesthetics
Collaborate with our creative and marketing teams to execute visual storytelling strategies
Ensure quick turnaround times (typically within 24–72 hours)
Maintain organized project files and video assets
Implement revisions based on internal and client feedback
Stay updated on editing trends, platform best practices, and visual styles across social media
Minimum 2 years of professional video editing experience (real estate or commercial experience preferred)
Advanced proficiency in the following software/applications:
Adobe Premiere Pro (primary editing)
Adobe After Effects (motion graphics, transitions)
Final Cut Pro (alternative editing platform, if preferred)
Adobe Media Encoder (exporting & encoding)
Adobe Photoshop or Canva (basic thumbnail and graphic design)
Dropbox, Google Drive, or Frame.io (asset sharing & feedback)
CapCut or InShot (optional – for quick mobile social edits)
Strong understanding of pacing, storytelling, audio syncing, and modern visual techniques
Ability to interpret and follow brand guidelines and creative briefs
Excellent time management and organizational skills
