Job Description:

Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following: (Other duties may be assigned.)

  • Handle inquiries concerning billing issues, care issues, technical issues, and general questions providing prompt knowledgeable responses
  • Process adds/moves/changes requests
  • Maintain ownership through completion of all customer requests
  • Handle all types of customer interaction types including e-mail, telephone calls, and fax requests
  • Provides superior above-average level of customer service to all customers (internal and external)
  • Partner with Account Advisors to ensure customer satisfaction and revenue goals
  • Keep customer information updated on assigned accounts and stay abreast of customer needs/changes
  • Upholds Fusion Communications’ company virtues
