What you’ll do:
The ISA Operations Coordinator plays a crucial role in supporting internal tracking, documentation, and coordination among departments to ensure efficient processes within the Independent Sales Advisor (ISA) program. This position is primarily focused on maintaining accurate records, optimizing workflows, responding to operational support inquiries, and ensuring timely resolutions. Additionally, the coordinator contributes to project and process improvement initiatives aimed at enhancing efficiency across departments.
Maintain accurate records of licensing, onboarding, and compliance statuses.
Track process completions and report inconsistencies to appropriate teams.
Responds to inquiries in the support mailbox and ensure resolutions meet SLA guidelines.
Assist in tracking compliance notices and ensuring required actions are complete.
Collaborate with Sales Excellence, Licensing, and Compliance teams to streamline workflows.
Monitor and document system updates, training changes, and procedural improvements.
Identify inefficiencies in current workflows and recommend process improvements.
Assist in implementing operational changes to enhance efficiency.
Provide input on project initiatives related to documentation, tracking, and support workflows.
Assist with onboarding of new ISAs, helping to ensure an efficient and positive experience.

Who you are:
You have at least two years of experience working within an operational role.
You have a minimum of a high school diploma or equivalent.
You have experience working with a variety of software including Microsoft Office, Google docs and other tools, preferably advanced experience with Microsoft Excel.
You have a strong attention to detail, documentation, process oriented and have strong organizational skills
You are a team player and enjoy working collaboratively
You have excellent verbal and written communication skills and follow through
You have a keen eye for detail and the ability to assess and recommend process improvements.
You thrive in a fast-paced environment and are adaptable to ever-changing needs and priorities.
