The Role

As a Customer Solutions Architect – Cloud Infrastructure, you'll guide organizations transitioning from traditional DevOps to modern platform engineering. You'll work hands-on with cloud-native technologies to design, build, and optimize IDPs using Humanitec’s Platform Orchestrator and other leading tools.

This is a remote-first role with a global remit, focused on supporting customers across Europe, Asia, and Oceania.

What You’ll Do
  • Partner with customers to assess their platform and infrastructure needs

  • Design and implement scalable, Kubernetes-based IDPs using Humanitec

  • Troubleshoot and optimize multi-cloud environments (AWS, GCP, Azure)

  • Work with IaC tools like Terraform, OpenTofu, and Pulumi

  • Deliver expert guidance, best practices, and technical enablement

  • Lead technical discussions and present solution architectures

  • Collaborate with product and engineering to improve our offerings

  • Represent Humanitec at industry events and community meetups

What We’re Looking For
  • 3+ years in Platform, DevOps, SRE, or Infrastructure engineering

  • Deep expertise in at least one major cloud provider (AWS, GCP, or Azure)

  • Hands-on experience with Kubernetes deployment and debugging

  • Proficiency in IaC (Terraform, OpenTofu, Pulumi)

  • Familiarity with cloud-native stacks (CI/CD, observability, networking, security)

  • Strong communication and customer-facing skills

  • Based in CET ±1 timezone; occasional travel
