About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our team. This role focuses on sourcing and hiring top talent for a wide range of functions, including Executive roles, Client Services/Success, HR and Recruitment, Customer Support (voice and non-voice), Administrative Support, and more.
As a Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will manage the full-cycle recruitment process, from sourcing and screening to offer negotiation and onboarding. You will work closely with hiring managers and key stakeholders to understand hiring needs, develop effective talent strategies, and successfully fill complex, high-impact roles for our global clients. This position is ideal for an experienced recruiter who thrives in a fast-paced, client-focused environment and is passionate about delivering high-quality hiring outcomes.
What You’ll Do
End-to-End Talent Acquisition
Manage the full recruitment lifecycle - from job posting, sourcing, and screening to interviews, offer negotiation, and pre-onboarding.
Source, attract, and engage top-tier talent using job boards, digital platforms, and creative headhunting strategies.
Conduct thorough assessments to ensure candidates align with both client requirements and cultural fit.
Collaborate in reviewing job descriptions, defining hiring needs, and participating in calibration sessions to ensure clarity, accuracy, and competitiveness.
Hiring Expertise
Specialize in recruiting for Executive positions, Client Services/Success, HR and Recruitment, Customer Support (voice and non-voice), Administrative Support, and related functions.
Partner with hiring managers to refine job scopes and ensure alignment with market standards.
Deliver results by filling roles within agreed timelines and service level agreements (SLAs).
Client & Stakeholder Management
Handle multiple client requisitions concurrently, effectively prioritizing to maintain a smooth and timely recruitment process.
Build and nurture strong relationships with clients, hiring managers, and internal teams to enable successful hiring strategies.
Collaboration & Continuous Improvement
Maintain accurate records and utilize tools and systems for tracking performance and reporting.
Collaborate with the Talent Acquisition team and cross-functional departments to align recruitment initiatives with overall business goals.
Keep abreast of industry trends and actively contribute to market intelligence and recruitment process improvements.
Partner with People & Culture, Customer Success and Sales to continuously optimize hiring strategies.
