Your profile:
Successfully completed IT training or studies in the field of computer science or comparable qualification
1-2 years of experience in the conception and/or implementation of IT service management solutions
Several years of experience in administration and professional development in the area of ITSM platforms and in script-oriented programming languages (e.g. PowerShell)
Experience with web services (SOAP / REST) desirable
ITSM process know-how desirable (ITIL Foundation)
Confident demeanor towards customers and advisory skills
Structured and independent work
Good knowledge of spoken and written German and English
Willingness to travel in the DACH region
